The Raleigh Felix+ is a premium electric hybrid bike, capable of tackling commutes with ease or providing a comfortable option for leisurely weekend rides. The Felix+ comes fully equipped with mudguards, a pannier rack, a kickstand and integrated front lights as well as featuring front suspension to make riding over mixed terrains more comfortable.

Find the right fit for you with a choice between 9 speed derailleur gears for increased range or 7 speed hub gears for minimal maintenance. Plus, with electric assistance available at the touch of a button, you’re guaranteed to glide up hills with ease when you need the extra support. Available in both a low step and crossbar frame type with derailleur gears and a low step with hub gears. Rest assured, this model also comes with a 2-year warranty on all electrical components.

Battery:
The Felix+’s 400Wh battery capacity can provide a realistically achievable range average of 30-35 miles (max 75 miles)* on a single charge. The battery is locked onto the bike using an individual key to protect it from theft, however it can be easily removed from the bike for simple indoor charging. To support the sophisticated motor and battery system, this model comes with a smart control system (BMS) that protects the battery from overheating, short circuiting or overcharging.

Range*:
All electric bikes indicate a maximum mileage range that they can cover on a single battery charge. This is the furthest range in ideal conditions; however, this range can be impacted by a number of factors:

• The combined weight of the rider and any luggage.
• The assistance mode selected.
• The cycling route (e.g. type of terrain and inclines).
• Temperature and climate (e.g. cold weather will decrease the performance of the battery).
• Tyre pressure.
• Wind speed and direction.

NB. In the UK you must be over 14 years old to ride an electric bike but you won’t need a licence, nor do you need to register it or pay vehicle tax.

Motor:
The Felix uses the Active Line Plus Motor system from market leader Bosch and can provide up to a 270% power output in its top setting with a maximum speed of 15.5mph / 25 km/h. The crank-driven, centre mounted motor provides the most natural feeling power delivery and is virtually noise and drag free, making riding a pleasure.

Sensor:
The crank based power control in the system is delivered courtesy of a premium Torque sensor, which sensitively eases the power in and out in response to your input, providing a natural ride feel.
